Positive Ageing

The world is challenging the longstanding view that ageing is about those D-words, decline, disengagement, disease, despair and depression. Well, medical science and those of you over 50 do not agree! Instead of retreat, you are engaged in setting new purpose and meaning in your lives.

You are likely to be focussed on renewing close relationships and making new ones. Growing older is about creating hope and taking action, building better communities and engaging with the world. A positive approach to ageing can be learned and when accompanied by the wisdom you have gained already, living well is sustainable. What are you doing to live your life on purpose?

I was wondering if you ever thought of changing the layout of your blog? Its very well written; I love what youve got to say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having 1 or two pictures. Maybe you could space it out better?

After I initially left a comment I appear to have clicked the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and now each time a comment is added I receive four emails with the exact same comment. Perhaps there is a means you can remove me from that service? Cheers!
