About Second Half Success
Meet a retirement planner with a philosophy of fulfillment
Our philosophy is that you have the ability to consider and plan your own future. With the help of our retirement planning team as a guide, we can assist you in considering the options and possibilities for living a fulfilling life. Gain insight into your own ability to pursue meaningful activities and a life of joy and satisfaction.
Speaking from experience
We assist people in planning and managing the transitions and changes that occur in mid-life. We have transitioned from working full-time to leading lives that we want. So we are in the perfect position to give you the support, guidance and advice to do the same.
Road map to your second half of life
Our ‘Charting your Lifestyle in Retirement Program’ has been developed from thorough research and a range of retirement planning training courses. The result is a road map for your active second half of life. Within a structured five session program we ask you to:
• Discover what major issues are • Determine what you want to do with your future • Decide the actions that will give you the life you want • Write a plan to reflect the decisions and actions that will help you achieve your desired lifestyle • Manage a regular review of the plan to suite your changing lifestyle needs
The initial plan is reviewed monthly until all actions are underway or completed and then is followed up annually.
Respecting your confidentiality
We will maintain the utmost confidentiality with regard to the your details and information, and will not, without prior permission, reveal or discuss the coaching relationships or any aspects of it. We will not use any client information for our own benefit.

Case Study
TAFE teachers who retire at the age of 54 years and 11 months receive the full benefits of superannuation for their lifetimes.
One of our clients is a couple who are both teachers, in their early 50s who are concerned about how they will live after 'retirement'.
Through my structured program they are investigating all the possibilities. Currently, they are writing a plan that describes their future work, study, family engagement and travel.
